Abbots Care Co-Founder and Managing Director, Camille Leavold has been recognised in the  Home Care Insight Power List 2022 as one of the UK home care sector’s most influential leaders.

The Home Care Insight Power List showcases the most influential leaders and are shining examples of excellence and innovation. The Power List is full of people with a mission to drive positive changes in the home care sector and we are very pleased to announce that our Managing Director and Co-founder Camille Leavold is one of those inspiring individuals and has been recognised in the category of ‘Quality and Compliance Champion’.

Born into the care industry, Camille Leavold started Abbots Care as a family business back in 1995 with her mum, a fax machine, a mobile phone, and a passion to change the home care market. With her dedication and determination, Camille has grown Abbots Care to the multi award winning business it is today. Camille and her team are proud of all they have achieved over the years especially the ‘Outstanding’ accreditation from CQC (Care Quality Commission).

Behind Camille’s success has always been the quality ethos, passion for supporting and helping others and strong company values. Abbots Care recruits’ great people, retains, develops, values and supports them.

Abbots Care now has over 400 care workers, operating across four counties and support almost 900 people who are cared for at home.

Camille continues to be an inspiring leader to all those around her and across the home care sector.
