CEO Camille wins St Albans Leadership Award
Our CEO Camille Leavold won the Business Leadership Award at the St Albans District Chamber of Commerce Awards this week.
The award recognises her exceptional vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to driving success and innovation in the sector to deliver high-quality, compassionate care services.
At Abbots Care, we recently celebrated our 29th birthday, a major milestone that reflects Camille’s dedication and business acumen. Year-on-year we have grown our care services, now supporting clients across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and on the south coast in Dorset, providing jobs for over 500 Care Workers and over 80 members of office staff!
Camille’s dedication goes beyond just Abbots Care, but across the care sector as a whole, she speaks frequently at conferences and panels, most recently the Homecare Association’s ‘Tech in Homecare’ panel, where she encouraged innovation as a crucial component to developing efficient care services.
At Abbots Care, one of our newest innovations has been the wellbeing app, which allows Care Workers to access company news and access additional support resources. The app is also constantly evolving and improving to meet new requirements and purposes, with a new exciting development soon to come!
