That could be help with shopping, bills and travel, coordinating appointments, keeping on top of medication orders, or simply being there for company. It’s flexible, personal and built around the routines that matter most to you.
What we can help with
Our Concierge Service is delivered by our experienced Care Workers and Lifestyle Assistants, who can provide support either in person or remotely alongside the care you receive. It’s a flexible service that adapts to your needs. From a regular arrangement or help when life gets busy. Families can feel reassured knowing that everyday tasks are handled with the same Abbots reliability and person-centered approach.
We can help with:
Home and daily support
We can keep the cupboards and fridge stocked, organise trusted tradespeople and arrange extra support at home such as a chiropodist or hairdresser. If specialist equipment or items are needed, we’ll handle the ordering and delivery so everything is taken care of. We can also help keep clean and tidy your house.
Health and wellbeing support
We’ll manage the process of ordering and collecting prescriptions, keep medication routines on track, and, where needed, liaise with GPs, district nurses or hospital specialists. We can also arrange health-related appointments or visits at home, helping you feel supported day to day.
Technology and connection
Help with setting up a mobile or tablet, adding helpful reminders, we can make technology work for you. It’s about making it easier to stay connected to family, friends and the services that matter to you most.
Life admin and organisation
Our team can help you stay on top of life’s admin. Things like help with sorting letters and bills to making phone calls and booking travel. We’ll make sure important appointments are never missed and can act as a Careline contact when families need extra reassurance, while also keeping loved ones updated with simple feedback.
