Peter Reflects: Life in Wartime, 80 Years Since VE Day
A big thank you to our client Peter for sharing his handwritten book of personal memories from the Second World War, marking the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
In his account, Peter reflects on how everyday life was transformed by the war, from rationing and air-raid sirens to constant disruptions to daily routines.
