We take our role as a top home care recruiter for the Buckinghamshire region seriously and are passionate about ensuring our employees receive comprehensive care training. After applying for a role with Abbots Care, you will be required to complete a six-day paid induction training programme, delivered by qualified nurses and social care experts, ensuring you have a rounded knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of care work.
Upon completion of this induction training, you will receive a Care Certificate, in compliance with the UK government’s own Skills For Care standards.
